Broadway Park West is a 14-acre project is located along the Huron River a few blocks from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan Medical Center.  The site is a former Michigan Consolidated Gas Company facility and will involve the largest brownfield redevelopment in Washtenaw County history.   Upon completion, the development will include the creation of an entire neighborhood consisting of  95 condominium residences, retail amenities  and a boutique hotel, re-linking Ann Arbor’s downtown to historic  Lower Town.   The centerpiece of the project will be a world-class, 6 acre public space which will unlock community access to more than 1,200 feet of restored Huron River shoreline and include an event lawn, year-round pavilion, bridge connection to the Argo Cascades and to the Border to Border Trail, three points of embarkation to the river and Michigan’s first recreational “Ice Ribbon.”  The project is targeting a 2022 ground-breaking.
