Located in the heart of Detroit's central business district, and immediately adjacent to the historic Book-Cadillac Hotel, the Griswold is a dramatic mixed-use development which is designed to capitalize on the growing demand for residential apartments in the downtown. The first phase of the project, was completed in 2008, and includes 10,0000 square feet of prime retail frontage on Griswold Street and Michigan Avenue and a 10 story, 545 space parking deck, with above-ground connection to the Book-Cadillac Hotel.
