Stacy Fox has over 25 years experience as a corporate executive, business advisor and community leader. At the Roxbury Group, she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s work with governmental and non-profit clients. In this capacity, Stacy is instrumental in forging creative solutions involving governmental, foundation and corporate collaboration on important community initiatives. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Transactions for Visteon Corporation, she led the development of Visteon Village, the company’s award-winning global corporate headquarters and oversaw its worldwide real estate activities. Prior to Visteon, Stacy was a corporate officer at Johnson Controls, where she successfully closed over $7 billion in acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture transactions around the world. Stacy received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan.
